Dr.Bertsch has a magical presence...She is extremely professional and extremely personable. She concisely explains the treatment in very clear and understandable ways to the patient who never ever thought about confronting such a reality. One meets with Dr. Bertsch once a week through treatment. The excellent, lovely, darling, staff that one sees daily from reception to nurse to Radiology Specialist Technicians become fast companions in one's positive healing journey.

Pretty knowledgeable but bedside manner is not good. Did not feel comfortable in the way she treated my friend. Just ripped her shirt right off her head to take a look. No gown.

Dr Bertsch is a doctor who I can rely on for her expertise and knowledge when needing to make decisions. I have trusted her decisions many times and knew I never had to worry about getting another opinion. She follows up with test results as soon as they are available to her and explains the results and what further action needs to be taken. I highly recommend her. She is truly dedicated to provide the best patient care possible.
