I have never had a more frustrating experience with a practice. Sure the doctors are good but navigating the front office is IMPOSSIBLE. They are consistently rude, unhelpful, unresponsive... and the list goes on. And this isn't a one time ordeal, this is an every time you need anything - change in schedule, test results, Dr. follow up question. If they require patients to sign a document to be respectful, maybe they should consider that for their front of house, administrative and support staff?!

Excellent!!! Dr. Walden is caring and knowledgeable and gives you time to ask questions and discuss options. His staff is excellent too. They are all kind and accommodated my scheduling needs. Thank you.

Practice with a Heart Never a long wait for your appointment to begin, friendly staff, Dr Walden always seems to be able to take his time to talk to you as a patient and explanations are clear.

Our family cardiologist Did not wait long in waiting room. Window was occupied for 10mins, making my check in abit late. Yearly visit, Dr Walden is thorough, put me at ease that Im on track and doing well. I don't need hand holding so appreciate the recap and future plans.
