Wonderful to work with after my 6 miscarriages over the course of 3 difficult years. He was kind and has a wonderful bedside manner. I ended up pregnant with twins naturally after his help.

I expected to be able to thank Dr Engmann after the completion of my 2nd successful IVf birth, but my 2nd child was conceived naturally. Prior to starting with UConn fertility, I went through a couple failed cycles of IVF in another part of the country, and moved to CT where I was wary of dealing with a new clinic. Even still, I was anxious and impatient to get cycles started, and my anxiety reduced upon our first meeting. He had studied my circumstances, had a bit of a vision, and made me feel like a patient more than a number. It wasn't a perfectly direct path to my first pregnancy, but it ended successfully and I felt I was in secure, thoughtful,and determined hands with Dr engmann, and the clinic, throughout. I would recommend him to anyone. Best wishes to anyone that is in need of his expertise <3

I couldn’t have a lower opinion of doctor. This guy is a truly awful human being. I had the unfortunate luck of running into this awful doctor at UConn Surgical Center. You see him enter your room you need to leave

I cannot say enough positive things about this doctor. I had an issue holding my pregnancy and after countless miscarriages, I decided to see a fertility specialist and came across Dr. Engmann. He assured me we will overcome my obstacle, which finally gave me hope after feeling helpless. After having me do routine blood work that I had done countless times with other specialists That I had seen previously, Dr. Engmann suggested a solution, Crinon. I literally didn’t suffer one miscarriage after his solution and I now have my healthy baby boy. I’m so grateful to him and the CARS staff in Hartford

We absolutely loved our experience with Dr. Engmann over the past year of our IVF journey. He and his staff were there every step of the way, with excellent follow up and detention to detail. If we had questions, we got call backs from the office very quickly. Dr. Engmann was extremely knowledgeable, a bit quiet, but very kind and warm. The entire C.A.R.S practice is your best option in the state. We only with they could remain our OBGYN. We would recommend specifically requesting Dr. Engmann
