List of Thomas Martin Md's Reviews
I've been a patient of Dr Martin for years. He is a great surgeon with a great personality. He has done multiple operations of me to remove kidney stones. Some of the procedures minor and some major. All with great results. I would highly recommend.
Tom Martin is certainly the very best Medical Practitioner that I have had in my life, both in the UK and for over 20 years in Tsawwassen. He has a great personality and knowledge in the medical field and is very willing to explain pros ands cons of any prescription drugs he may suggest. I have always felt considerably better after spending a few minutes banter with Tom.
Can never express what this doctor has done for our family. He is truly what a Family Doctor should be
Dr Martin removed a large kidney stone from my kidney and explained the procedure in depth. I had an overnight stay. Dr Martin stopped in twice to see me. I would recommend him to anyone. Great Doctor
Dr. T. Martin is patient kind and very knowledgeable
Dr.Martin has seen my family since 1991, and I drive from Vancouver to still see him. He’s seen my Mom through 2 cancers and my Dad through 2 hearts attacks and a triple by pass. He’s caring and goes above and beyond for my family. Some of the comments on here are disgusting. Doctors have a hard job and they are also human, I’m sure he’s not the only doctor that has ever made a mistake and won’t be the last. I always make sure to follow up on tests etc...just in case. Mistakes happen everywhere, not just with Dr.Martin.
best of the best, compassionate, willing to listen and explains in layman term so you can understand
Excellent physician. I am surprised by the poor reviews. I have always been very happy with his care as is anyone I know who goes to him. Great listener, tries to get to the root of the issues and not just write a prescription and send you on your way. He's really amazing actually if you have ongoing health problems.
Too bad I had him as a doctor. Failed to inform me of negative test results. Discovered this after the damage was done.
I adore Dr. Martin and always feel better for seeing him. He is quick to send for additional testing to ensure serious issues are not missed, and is very involved with long-term care. He is friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental, and will go above-and-beyond when needed (he even made a house call when it was not possible to get quick enough care for my mother). He will not pretend to know something he doesn't, and will recommend specialists when he does not have the expertise needed to deal with presenting issues. I trust him completely, and am very happy to be his patient. The only problem I face with seeing him is one of timing. He wants every patient to get as much time as needed to address their concerns, but the clinic still books appointments in fifteen minute blocks. It is pure luck if he is running on time, and I have sat as long as two hours waiting to see him after booking an appointment time. (That being said, he did still see me after the clinic had actually closed because I did not want to wait to book a new appointment). Typically, I expect him to be about twenty minutes behind schedule by end of day.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
