Dr. Guidone goes above and beyond for her patients. I had three issues concerning my right foot and all were resolved. Dr. Guidone recommended therapy which I did for a period of several weeks that helped tremendously. Laser was also done to heal the pain I was experiencing. She spends a lot of time explaining everything and offers additional support treatments. I highly recommend her! I am very satisfied.

Dr. Guidone is compassionate, knowledgeable and kind. I broke my toe in May and have been seeing her for 5 months now. She takes the time to explain all of my treatment options and answers all of my own questions regarding my care. The environment is friendly, waiting time is minimal and the office is very nice and clean which is important to me. I witnessed her mentoring her staff and she was patient and kind and made sure that her professional understood the procedures. I actually look forward to my follow up appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Guidone as a top Podiatrist in Connecticut. I thanked my primary doctor profusely for referring me to her, and I share my experiences with my friends.

Very disappointed! My Mother who is 90years old called for an appointment. The office said we need to get your records from your Doctor! Ok when they did not call back my Mother called again and they said we got your records from the doctor and we have no appointments for you!! What!! How rude and unprofessional!

Complete lack of communication from this podiatrist office after my physician sent a referral to them twice. I made several calls to their office. First I was told they did not receive the referral. I called my physician's office back and they said they had sent it but would send it again promptly. After several more days I received a call back stating they are no longer accepting new patients. I have very excellent double insurance. They could have saved me a week or more just by telling me when I first called that they are no longer accepting patients. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend.

I've been going to Dr. Guidone for many years now. She is extremely caring and knowledgeable. She has a great bedside manner and will take the time to explain your diagnoses, procedure, treatment, and after care. I've recommended a her to a couple friends as well and they couldn't be happier. It can be challenging sometimes to get someone on the phone, but it is a very small office... usually just the doctor and 1 person at the front desk.

I spent 3 hours at this office for something that should have taken 15 minutes. I was told she had no idea what was wrong with my toe after x-rays & that it could potentially be cancerous. After a few sleepless nights, it turns out I only had an ingrown toenail. I am receiving a bill from the lab for lab work that wasn't supposed to be sent until I requested. I have called twice and spoken to 2 different people. They were supposed to both get back to me and I haven't heard from either. This has been going on for over a month. Very disorganized & not too bright! Find another podiatrist.
