I have been a patient since Dr. Carta started, always a good experience until the past few years. If you call the office you will be lucky if a person actually answers the phone. The front end service /answer point of her office is horrible. Expect to spend most of your time listening to recorded messages that you don’t care about, waste of time. I challenge Dr. Carta to call her office number so she can see for herself what kind of service her patients are receiving.

Dr Carta is the finest PCP in my opinion. I have never seen someone care for their patients as she does. She takes the time to speak with you about your health and any troubles you are feeling. Kudos to a fine doctor. Keep up the great work.

Wonderful Doctor and office. I was seen promptly and never felt rushed. Dr. Carta answered all my questions. I left with a game plan to reduce my elevated cholesterol without the need for meds. I feel confident I am on the right track thanks to Dr. Carta.

Dr Carta takes the time to really hear and see her patients, and her supporting nurse practitioner is similarly focused. Sometimes, that means you need to wait a bit longer because a prior patient is getting all the attention they need, and you would want if it were you. This medical practice does what is right for the patient regardless of whether it makes them money. A unique experience in this day and age.

Whatever time your appointment is scheduled for you'll wait at least 30 mins before they take you in.. I thought it was a fluke the first time but here I am sitting... waiting... again... My appointment was at 345. I was brought into a room at 410, it's now 425 & still waiting. I told the assistant girl that I had to be out at 445 due to having to be home by 5 for my son, babysitter needs to leave at 5. I stated nicely that if She wasn't able to see me soon id have to reschedule. Offices run behind, I get it, but i have a baby at home. She gave me an attitude about this. At this point I'm not impressed with this office at all. At 430 I had to make the choice to reschedule my appointment ..
