There is so much I could say about Dr. Phillps, she has been my PCP for over 15 years and is caring, compassionate, understanding, listens to you and is extremely intelligent about many different aspects of healthcare. She has treated many of my illness with so much concern and always explains everything in detail. She has run special testing when I have had concerns and the confidence I have in her is phenomenal. I don’t mind waiting to see her because I know she will always give me the time I need as she does the same for her other patients. She has helped and guided me through some very difficult times when I was the caretaker for my aging parents. She has support and helped me make decisions when I needed surgery, her words of caring and support gave me great courage. There are really no words I could say to her but thank you and I truly hope she will continue to be my PCP. She is remarkable.

Dr. Phillips is thorough and spends as much time as you need. Just expect to wait longer than usual for your appointment because she is doing the same thing for other patients too. She is kind and a good listener. The only thing that slipped through the cracks was we talked about starting a new prescription and it did not get prescribed. That will be easily fixable once I call but shouldn't happen.

Dr Phillips is the first physician I’ve ever had who didn’t treat me like a number. She has excellent bed-side manners, she listens, presents information in a factual way without judgement allowing me to make my own informed decision about what is best for me. Dr Phillips also continues to educate herself in medicine and genuinely cares about the well being of her patients. She’s transparent and doesn’t sugar-coat the truth so I wasn’t surprised in my expectations. Dr Phillips really helped me understand what to expect as my mother aged allowing me to mentally and physically prepare for the next stages of life.

Barbara is the best doctor I have ever seen. She always spends time with patient, listen and explain in detail with patients’s question. Especially, Barbara is a very caring Dr who puts patients on the top list on her busy schedule and reach out to talk to them about any concerns they may have or whatever they need.
