Waiting in the exam room for 40 minutes. The doctor never came in. I was the FIRST patient after lunch. As I was being refunded my co-pay, the doctor saw what was happening and didn’t even try to talk to me. I guess I expect that from a CARDIOLOGIST that doesn’t even have their assistants take blood pressure. Super sketchy.

The office staff is horrible and dishonest. They called to change the appointment. We said we were unable to change the time. They said ok no problem, then changed it anyway. The doctor seems knowledgeable but horrible bedside manners. I feel there are plenty of other options for doctors, to accept being treated in such a way.

Receptionist claimed that she called me 3 times since November 2021 to cancel my appointment and the line was busy. I asked her to verify number and she provided my cell phone number. Cellphone numbers are not busy and my mailbox is never full. So the call would have gone into my voicemail box if I didn't answer. She down right lied to me. I got up on one of the coldest days of the year (16 degrees) and changed my hours to work later hours to get there and be told that. I was so disappointed that I would be lied to my face. As I walked out of the office they called me back to tell me that they will see me. If they canceled, How do you have room for me now and didn't since November? I really like Doctor Korkmaz, and think of him as a really good doctor. But the office staff needs to be more professional and stop the lies to the patients. With today's technologies, I'm not sure why I didn't receive at text or an email to confirm the appointment. Something isn't right there.

I came to my first meeting with this guy and ended up leaving.. I have been having breathing problems w/ exertion. It was suggested I get checked from pah. I was under the opinion I had walked into an office where that could be checked. When I got there and explained why I was there, the nurse got in my face and tried to tell me I had told her something different ? I left the office. So much for customer service.

DR. KORKMAZ IS THE MOST INFORMED AND KINDEST, CARING DOCTOR. HE TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN AND DOES ALL HE CAN TO HELP AND HEAL. HE AND HIS STAFF ARE THE BEST AND ALL ANYONE COULD HOPE FOR. I HAVE HAD HIM AS MY HEART M.D. FOR FIVE YEARS AND I GIVE HIM FIVE STARS!
