Recently had foot surgery , & from the first app (consultation) I felt completely at ease from the office staff & to Dr.Boccelli . She is very thorough & patient . Very kind !! Still recovering & she is so reassuring from the questions I ask . She made sure I had everything I needed before surgery, and constantly asked if I was ready because the length of down time which i thought was great , she is not only concerned about your physical health but your state of mind ! Great Dr . I totally recommend, & great office staff.

Peti bts that have private insurance through the exchange, beware, they won't schedule an apt for you if it's not through an employer....sad.

I have vasovagal, so I am prone to fainting. My first experience with Dr. Bocelli was great. I almost fainted and got very dizzy, before she did anything. They gave me a water and turned the AC colder in my room. Once I regained some color, she began removing an ingrown toenail I had. She explained very well what she was going to do and how to take care of it after. I went in a second time for my other toe, knowing I might faint. I told her, no offense but I’m going to blast music so I can distract myself. She was very understanding, and helped me once again.

I have seen Dr. Boccelli for years. She is never rushed, is very caring and knowledgeable. Her office is wonderfully run with great staff. I have sent others to her and all have been pleased.

Called to schedule an appointment, was put on hold. Waited 2-1/2 minutes, hung up and redialed. Receptionist answered and asked again to hold, told her I had been holding. Her exact words: "Well, I,m still dealing with a patient so you will have to hold. Thank you" and again put me on hold. It was not so much the curtness of the reply that was offensive, but more the tone of voice. This person needs to learn how to deal with people, and Dr. Boccelli should take note of it. She might be losing more patients than she thinks. I had dealt with her before and found her capable, but she needs to teach her staff how to respond to people.

I had extreme pain in one of my toes. Dr bocelli suggested it was toenail fungus & the best way to rid that was by removing my entire nail. I was in such pain, she said within one day, the pain would be gone. Hearing this, I didn’t think twice. I wish I had. 2 weeks later still in pain. Called her office. The receptionist called back & said the doctor said give it time. The nail bed was not drying up & I started getting the same pain in the other foot. Went to another podiatrist who took x/rays to find out the bones on those toes are protruding out causing the pain. Gave me a prescription for iodine which finally dried up the nail bed which is finally healing after one month! Now that toe is healed, will be discussing the bone problem. I do NOT recommend Dr Bocelli at all. Couldn’t even call me for a follow up. Shameful

She cut off my toenail stating I had s fungus or bacterial infection. I had neither. I am having the same pain in the same toe on the other foot. It was re-diagnosed as a bone problem. No follow up consultation to see how I was feeling afterwards, even after I called to say I was still in pain.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Office staff extremely personable. On site x-ray helped quickly diagnose the issue.

Did not get to even see her. Jerilyn at front desk would not let me in because I had forgotten my wallet and insurance card in my office. I told her that I will get it when out of work. The doctor wouldn't step in even though I am sure she could hear the discussion. They are into money and not into helping people especially that I have very good insurance. That's not how a patient should be treated. I canceled on the spot and scheduled with a totally different place.

Dr Boccelli and her office staff are the best at what they do. Have recommended several people and all have been just as pleased
