James Doran Md's Online Review Report Card

This doctor is arrogant, insensitive, and makes almost no eye contact. A corpse has more personal warmth and interest. Abrupt, judgmental. He is a covering dr. for my primary so I hope I don't have to see this man again.

Everyone is nice here. The receptionists, the nurses. My problems is Dr Doran. No idea what his deal is. My doctor before him had left and I suggested Doctor Doran who had great reviews. Unfortunately, he just doesn't seem to like working with young adults. I been seeing him for about 2 years I'm 25 years old. Over the 2 years he seem to be particularly rude to me, I've brought him medical papers I waited a week cause he was out on vacation he refused them didn't want to touch them sorta lazy careless about me. Now I'm in a rush to find a new doctor and chances are I'm going to lose my cash assistances I need ot live all cause YOU so called Doctor Doran wouldn't help me at all. I even cared, I tryed to fill out some of the packet so you didn't take too much your time because of what you said last time. Just wanted to go over it with a doctor and get it signed. All he would talk about me being over weight, I ain't that over weight I'm, 6'"4 260 pounds. Now I'm self conscious about my weigh I feel bad about myself. Told me to go to bigy and find a dietitian. Took forever just to get an xray of my back which seems to be a nerve problem not a bone problem. Last year in July, was the first time I brought him papers he legit %100 said this. "Your not disabled, somebody struck by lightning is more disabled then you are, your not disabled, here's your papers, enjoy the rest your summer." I couldn't believe the discrimination!!! He didn't even listen to my problems about having low energy and weakness and back pain. I was soo upset. It was the first time I ever EVER got dissed by a Docter. That's not how to treat a patient. I should sue but I'm not I'm a low income bottom of the chart I can't afford or even know how to get a lawyer. So as of today I'm completely done going to there office, I'm finding a new provider this guy is horrible. Do NOT go and see him, at least don't even try if you have medical papers anyway. You know how you treated me in that room, you know what words you said. I got a long list of a medical history. If you actually cared, you would know and read the records. Take care, doctor.

Dr. Doran is kind and patient, Understanding. Whne notified on mychart plus he returns my message in a timely fashion.

I can't get an appointment due to the office staff. I've only seen the Dr. a few times since 2013 so I can't really rate him. I'll have to look for another Dr. Some of these people running the office should take a customer service class or learn how to treat people.

Dr Dorin is a terrific terrific physician a couple years ago I was going to a clinic out of town and wasn't getting the healthcare that I needed thank God upon finding Dr Dorin he noticed some tests that weren't correct and completed some tests that we're not normal to save my life terrific doctor very attentive and understanding

I attended an appointment on behalf of my parents. I have struggled with chronic pain from disabilities for most of my life due to life threatening traumatic injuries, but Dr. Doran passive aggressively derided me about not being able to care for them when I told him I had to file probate for state conservatorship. I'm not sure why he tried to make me ashamed for my disabilities, but I feel sorry for his patients who lack a caring provider.

Dr. Doran is always very professional and is a caring physcian

Always feel confident when meeting with Dr. Doran. He always reviews my medical history and asks for anything recent. At one time I had an episode of A-fib and dropped in to his office. They immediately took me in to verify and provided immediate instructions to me for treatment.

I was an add on patient with flu like symptoms. I was seen quickly and treated in a minimal amount of time. Dr. Doran was very pleasant and efficient.

Dr. Doran always answers my questions and gives me advice as to how to improve my health.
