They take WAY too many patients. CANNOT give adequate care and attention to patients. You will be sicker longer I promise you. Go to a different office.

He's a great primary physician

I have been a patient of Dr. Joseph Guardino for many years. He is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend him. I would never consider another primary physician. The staff is very pleasant, contrary to other reviews I've seen. Your phone calls will be answered, but you must have patience in these pandemic times we're in. There is adequate parking both on the street and in a large parking lot in back. No charge for either.

I've had more than my share of doctors over the years and I am very happy with Dr Guardino and his staff. He is willing to take the time to listen and offers excellent advice. I'm very pleased to be a patient and consider myself lucky to have a doctor I can reach and a staff that responds to requests for records and paperwork.

Dr Kaitlyn is very compassionate and knowledgeable have recommended her to family and friends.

Dr. Joseph Guardino is hands down the worst doctor I have ever seen, specialists included. He doesn't listen, he won't perform even the most basic exams, and just assigns you off to specialists to get you out of the office faster. They are often the wrong specialists. He'll recommend labs and then ignore them. He actually recommended bloodwork, which did find a problem, and then he refused to look at it because another office ordered it. "Ask them," he said. He is completely checked out of his job and just hoping to coast until retirement, and he's doing this with people's lives on the line. Never see this man.

Absolutely terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend this physician to my worst enemy. I cannot warn you enough to stay away from this practice.

I rarely leave reviews because I believe everyone has bad days and life happens but today I had a horrible experience with the people answering the phone at Dr Guardinos office, I was referred by a friend who told me the Dr and the Nurses there are amazing so I scheduled a physical to make this my main Dr and I made the appointment for 8:15 and was told to wait in the car and call upon arrival because I could not come in due to COVID, got there and called from 8:15 to 8:30 several times and the operator said the offices were closed so I thought okay maybe I got the time wrong and it was 9:15 so I came back at 9:15 called and the lady that answered I think her name was Elaine answered and said I had missed the appointment and after I explained my situation she was incredibly RUDE and said that I had missed the appointment and I needed to reschedule if I wanted to come back, mind you no apology for the confusion offered (the website even says they open at 9 with no explanation whatsoever about a patient being able to call before then for appts) and she offered a 2 pm appointment, I explained I needed a LATE afternoon appointment because I work and I had requested this day off to come to this appointment and the very rude lady said “I just said 2 pm that’s afternoon” and very annoyed I had to repeat LATE AFTERNOON. Not to keep going I am OBVIOUSLY never coming back no matter how great the DR is thanks to this lady they have answering phone calls who clearly does not care about patients and does not understand that her answering the phones the way she does is the first experience a patient or potential patient has with this office.

Dr Guardino has been responsive and compassionate to my mother in law. She takes time to listen and I have found the office staff to be very caring as well. I would recommend her to anyone and have!

I LOVE Dr. Guardino. He has been my doctor for almost 30 years. Trust is a huge part of care and he has earned this many times over. I see the reviews that are horrible about the staff but this should not reflect a review on the doctor.
