Always pleasant, clean, and really friendly
Amazing surgeon and lady Thank you so much ❤
I only have good things to say about Dr Rubino’s practice. She has done 2 surgeries on me one for a double hernia and the other for a gallbladder to be removed. Both have had complete success from start to completely healed. Thank you for being a great doctor!
My PCP referred me to Dr. Rubino for an abscess on my stomach. The initial visit went well. The abscess was fairly clean, she removed what she had to, then packed it with medicated "Rope''.I was told to remove 3 inches of rope per day, which I did, and returned the following week to check my progress. When she examined me, she started digging into my wound - NO Anesthetic! The abscess was almost 2 inches deep.I wound up at Hartford Hospital's Wound Center, where I had to go once a week for 7 weeks, then every other week for an additional month, so theycould repair the damage Rubino did, and get it to heal.I did notify my PCP concerning what happened.Ricky S.
Dr. Rubino has treated me a few times and she did a great job. Inherently having something removed is painful, but she explained everything clearly, her recovery projection was spot on, and I am very happy with how things came out.
I had a laparoscopic appendectomy done by Dr. Rubino. Surgery went ok and healing was to be expected for the first 4 weeks. (I was told after 4 weeks it should be fully healed). Overall healing took about 2 and a half months. I went back for a follow up and the wound reopened to check for stitches or infection. None were found. Then the following week I went back and a large “dissolvable” stitch was found in the wound. (2 months after the surgery) Once this was removed, the wound began healing much quicker. Healing process has taken much longer than expected. Dr. Rubino seems nice and overall did a pretty good job, just wish more explaining of what’s going on occurred.
I went to Dr Rubino's office after discussing my insurance options, etc. with her wonderful Practice Manager, Maria, who is so pleasant to deal with, so informative, a real gem, a number of times before I set up my appointment. I had gone somewhere else previous to have some leg veins closed off but wasn't pleased with the former choice and never ended up starting with my original choice, so decided to try someone local. I was not disappointed. The Veneseal method just as Dr Rubino stated was painless and for any of you out there who wonder why you get so many leg cramps, as I had found out, it's often caused by vein issues, as mine was. I very rarely have any leg cramps and everything healed up nicely. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Dr Rubino. She's kind, pleasant, easy to talk to and very good at what she does. Maria is the icing on the cake. I really looked forward to my appointments and would not hesitate to go back for any other procedures that I needed done that Dr Rubino performs.
An hour and a half late to my surgery, SIX pills only, so I'm currently suffering really badly in pain, and there's a scratch on my stomach where it looked like she was going to go in but retracted instead.
Dr Rubino was wonderful and her team is amazing. She was punctual, professional and was able to schedule me for a procedure within a week which was great! Thank you!
Quick, efficient & friendly. The office was super clean. They fit me in for a stupid gardening accident, four staples later and I avoided the emergency room and COVID patients. Dr. Rubino is in my contact list now for the future inevitable mishaps.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
