I have been going to Dr. Sturgis office in Manchester for over 15 years. Every time I go, I am met with attitude, a raised voice and unacceptable service. I have always defended myself and I never brought it up to the doctor or the office manager, because she has always been apart of the toxic and rude culture. Today I spoke to her and she became combative once again. Afterwards, I asked to speak to Dr. Sturgis about my concern and he completely dismissed my concern and blamed me for having to re-schedule my appointment. Today, I went to my appointment on time. I received an emergency call and I told one of the specialists there and proceeded with the call. Afterwards, she stated I have to reschedule. When speaking to Dr. Sturgis, he stated that after 10 minutes, I would have to reschedule. I told him I was unaware of this policy as I have been attending the office for over 15 years. He proceeded to state that common courtesy is not to use your phone despite telling him it was ER.
