Dr K ,and his staff have been the best BY FAR ,out of all my drs .I've seen many in my time of needs.They are the best.Dr Keibels candor is the utmost professional ,yet friendly have ever seen.Absolutely love this practice.

Was a great doctor once upon a time. Now his office is very callus, and has 0 people skills. Dr. Keibel was once Manchester's hometown doctor, now I wouldn't suggest his office to anyone except as a place NOT to call. It's sad really.

Got in on time with appointment even though it was not a longer scheduled appointment - fit me in the evening before the appointment. Knew right away what the problem was and took care of it.

I have received great care from Dr. Keibel for decades. He listens well before recommending any treatments and has great concern to deal with the root causes of any problems.

Rude, no manners, not personable. Visited on multiple occasions for various reasons for the period of 3 years, and every time he was unhelpful.

Dr. Keibel is a sensitive, excellent clinician who always strives to provide the highest level of patient care.

Dr. Keibel is incredibly responsive, personable, and generally a good doctor. The two stars are a result of his billing practices. While at my checkup I received two vaccines. I paid $105 for the actual vaccine and then was billed an additional $90 for the vaccine to be administered. In addition, I was charged $45 for an administration of a second vaccine. Charging $135 for a service that took 15 seconds is unconscionable billing like this on an hourly basis comes out to over $32k an hour. It cost less to get an EKG than it did to get an injection. I will not be going back. Ask for a breakdown of costs for every single thing they do at this office.
