Parveen Khanna Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr Khanna was great. The phone system, however, is a disaster. The hours state a start time of 6:30 when the office doesn't actually open until 9. Waited until 9:10 and got thrown around on their answering system. Pressing buttons to speak with a human, and not getting anywhere. There are a list of over a dozen options that get read out over and over. You pick a choice, and nothing happens except that list again. I'm not being just a crabby old man; I know the technology exists for a better system than the one they're using. I feel like in 2022 that this really shouldn't be a problem. Once I was able to make an appointment, Dr. Khanna was terrific. I got a great feeling from him.

Worst dr in the state I have been rescheduled 3 times after waiting 3 months for my test results that they hit my insurance for really glad to see the dr cares about his patients all he cares about is getting paid he is a scumbag I thought dr were supposed to help you when your in need not screw you and your insurance

Waited 3 months for test results then after the results he tells me I need a capap machine that they tagged my insurance for the re-scheduled me 3 times over the course of 2 months don’t go to him you will die before he helps you

Communication at the ECCA practice is abysmal, and service is equivalent to that of a drive-through. If you also want to get billed $125 for a 2 minute phone conversation and no option for any further follow-up information other than another full visit then this is it. You want the time of day? Come back and pay us. In addition, after confirming my primary care physicians information 4 times they sent my results to a different doctor completely. Tried for days to get the results over to my doctor. Since i was unable to even know the info to my conditions from these people I got a 2nd opinion from another Dr with high reviews. So far it looks like Khanna putting me on Beta Blockers indefinitely was without valid reason.

Absolutely awful most careless doctor I have ever seen. I'm first told I have a heart issue and need to go to st Francis for further eval. Then tell him I can't come for overnight sleep study so he won't give me a machine, which fine you don't feel comfortable with it, ill try and find another doctor but then to refuse me a referral over to st Francis for my heart test, and tell me find another doctor, and send me home worrying about the results about my heart. Absolutely worst doctor ethic I have ever seen, DONT GO HERE STAY AWAY!

I was seeing Dr. Khanna for a few years. I always felt like something just didn’t feel right with appointments and billing. I would go for my yearly follow-up and they would bill my insurance for a 5-10 min visit. Then I would have to come back for another appointment for an EKG. Then I would have to come back for a sonogram. Then I would have to go back for a stress test. Then if I needed a monitor that was another appointment. This is very tough for people who work, taking time off for so many appointments with one dr. I never understood why he couldn’t fit in the EKG in the follow up with him. All he’s doing in my recheck is listening to my heart and asking me a few questions . I asked him my last appointment why so many appointments and his reply was I can only charge for one test at a time. My recheck appointment is just a visit there’s no test? I recently saw another cardiologist and they disagreed with what he told me. When your gut tells you something listen.

My grandmother fell in the office last Friday during a stress test. To start, the doctors office was suppose to call my mother to pick her up after her stress test. They never called to tell my mom to pick her up and when my mother started feeling funny about how late it was getting she drove to the doctors office and found my grandmother a disheveled mess out front. Her glasses were off, she had asked someone to help her turn on her phone and they had not. When my mother asked where her glasses were and why she was on the side walk she had told her she fell. The doctors office never called when they had my mothers number. The woman is 75 years old and they failed her on so many levels. The nurses of this place should be ashamed of themselves and fired. This place is a joke.
