Wow!!!! Of ALL the walk ins, this one ranks at the top My experience was great even though I was sick. I walked in, even though there were people there, I was not left waiting, and they helped me fill out the paper work without any attitude. Then they called me in right away, the doctor was great, answered all my questions, again no attitude, and I’m a big baby when it comes to medical anything. I wish I could use this doctor and the office for my general practitioner, but they laughed and said they can’t. Button line, need a walk in, this the place to go

I’ve been here multiple times and have never had any issues. The PA I had was not helpful and just seemed to try and rush me out the door. He did a test for strep (which really didn’t match any of my symptoms) said it was negative and sent me on my way. So I was left with no answers and still feeling terrible. He just brushed off everything I was telling him.

I have frequented Physician One Urgent Care several times and have always received quality care. This visit was different. I waited over an hour to see a doctor. Having been bitten by a dog a week ago, I wanted to make sure the bite was not infected. The doctor finally came in and looked at it from a distance, did not feel it, for about 2 seconds, said it looked fine and sent me on my way- a 5 minute office visit at most. Seemed a bit arrogant. My other visits were the complete opposite with different health care providers.
