Pm Pediatric Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

The staff here is very helpful, professional, and kind. We scheduled an appointment online, it happened to be in the later afternoon, so I assumed they would be running behind; however, we only had to wait 10 minutes, so that was nice as well. I would highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things. We’ve had to be seen for both an injury and illness in the past 2 weeks. We had the same provider both times. She was great with both our kiddos and we appreciate the kindness and swiftness.

Have come for many appts with my 3 kids- pink eye, strep, ear infections etc. Always make an appt and am seen within 15-30 min of the appt time. No complaints and thankful to have the option close by!

Doctors are very professional and always very gentle with kids. The most important thing with kids is you need to be gentle and need to trust you, which they do most of the time. I have been to different places where nurses are very horrible and they make your kid very scared and once they are scared you can not make them do anything about it. Up to now PM urgent care people have done a very good job.

Arrived as a walk in and was seen around the time the wait was quoted. Staff was caring and explained everything to both myself and my child.

We've been here twice now for two different children and the experience is always wonderful. Everyone is professional, attentive, and pleasant. Communication is optimum and I have never had such great communication at a doctor's office nevermind an urgent care! There is a virtual queue so you know how many people are going in before you. The office itself is clean and decorated in fun animal themes! There was even a TV in the waiting room playing the Disney Channel. I highly recommend this location! They are now our go to urgent care for our kids.

I visited once before unsure if I should have brought my daughter in. The doctors found an ear infection and walked me through the steps. Then my mom took my daughter there while I was out of town. They didn’t make her feel bad about bringing her in. They didn’t find anything immediately wrong but validated her concerns. Friendly, helpful staff. Thankful for their services.

The care they offered my daughter was great. We had a concerning matter and was able to get a hold of somebody on the phone call before arriving, the check in process was smooth, the waiting area was kid friendly and inviting, each staff she had contact with – administrative, check in medical provider, and the assessment medical provider – treated her gently. They were able to do a thorough exam and assess her accordingly. She seem to tolerate the assessment as best as a toddler could. I am appreciative of their services and would feel safe bringing her back if needed.

Dr. Parker and the team were phenomenal at accommodating us late on a Saturday night and took great care of our son to stitch up his forehead quickly and perfectly. Thank you all for a great experience in a difficult time!
