Sean Mclaughlin Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr.McLaughlin has been my oncologist for 3 years. I can not say enough about how dedicated he is to all his patients care. He listens, never rushes you, adjusts treatments as needed, fights to get you the care and medicine you need. Friends asked why I never went to Yale, or Mayo Clinic and I think wow, they have no idea how. Lucky I am to have ended up here in Manchester with this doctor, who is on top of all the latest trials and medicines right here. Who I know truly knows me, my body, how I feel, and most importantly what I need to survive and live. I can not say enough about this man, as a doctor, and as a person. Truly blessed to have my care in his hands. As I have now had to sit for many treatments he often comes over to check in patients or ask or tell the nurses something about their patient. He is truly great. And so is his staff. They work with you and for you, you are not just a case with a number, you are a person with a family and they want you to be well and when it gets tough they go through it with you, they all care and understand. He is truly a wonderful and highly educated doctor. I can’t say enough about him. He is the best!

Having a calm demeanor is a good physician to me...A "Still Waters Run Deep" kind of provider, which I would appreciate. :-)

He has been my and my husband's doctor for many years -- I had never had a better doctor. He is friendly and always remembers me and my husband. He has referred me to terrific doctors when I needed a specialist. After my cancer treatment, he managed my care to help me get back to normal--the cancer doctors were not concerned with treating the side effects of my chemo and radiation, but Dr. M was to it that I was taken care of.

He is an excellent doctor -- I would highly recommend him.

I was seen by Dr. McLaughlin in the emergency room in Manchester. He was very thorough and explained all the test results to me. He was very kind and I felt I had very good care from him while I was there.

I felt the doctor profiled me before seeing me I know the doctors look at your file before they see you. So he had me go have a quick look over on me then said he was going to send me for an x-ray history of small bowel obstructions. and then came back and said everything looked ok. did not ask how I was feeling and sent me home. went to another hospital and the next thing they told me I needed emergency surgery for intussusception.

I have had some fine doctors in what is turning out to be a long life. None was better than Dr. McLaughlin. He listens and he acts. He's quicker than a silverfish in the bathtub when you flick the light on at midnight.

This Dr. wouldn't know how to tell if a patience was dead or alive. He definitely knows squat about diseases, medications, and overall common sense. You are better off going to a pig farmer who probably knows at least how to help a sick non human species to improve its health. You are seriously gambling with your life if you visit Dr. Sean McLaughlin for health related advise. I am very lucky that with intervention from a different Dr., who was a trillion times more competent than Sean McLaughlin M.D. in Burbank, California, I pulled through and survived a commonly diagnosed infection that erupted into a major complicated life threatening diseases. Sean McLaughlin is very knowledgable on what he does in his field. There's not a question or anything that you need to know about that he doesn't know about. If he doesn't have the answer, he'll check into getting it for you at all times.
