I have been dealing with various health concerns for years without really getting any answers from my previous doctors. I’ve had some doctors belittle me & not take me seriously. When I was referred to The Vascular Experts, I finally had a very positive experience! I see Dr. Kelly, & after looking at my ultrasound results, he was very informative and was able to point out something that ended up leading to a diagnosis shortly after. I have anxiety and panic disorder when it comes to medical concerns about myself. Embarrassingly, I started panicking in the room after he described how they do venograms, as I suddenly got hit with massive nerves over the procedure. His bedside manner was superb, he did not rush, he took his time to get me water, had some of the other staff come in to comfort me as well, and periodically checked in to make sure I was ok. Not only was he himself very thorough and personable, but the entire staff was very welcoming too! I remain very impressed with how nice everybody is, and I always feel at ease when I go into appointments now. When I had my venogram, Dr. Kelly and the procedural staff were excellent in keeping me calm (lol), and getting me through. Very patient group! Fabulous demeanor and bedside manner from all! THIS is how doctors offices should be! A+ guys!

I have had a fantastic experience at the Vascular Experts of Manchester. Their technicians are knowledgeable, and I felt they are have the expertise of specialists in the diagnostic testing they performed. Dr. Brian Kelly was generous with his time and expertise during each visit. I was referred after my first hospitalization since birth, and as a vegan/athlete was particularly concerned about the immediate, short- and long- term impact of my condition. The admin staff were cordial and accommodating for each of my multiple visits. Dr. Kelly and his entire staff treated me well, answered my questions thoroughly, and provided first-class care. I would refer the practice to any with a vascular need.

Worst doctor I have even been to, next to Dr. Kruger. I was NOT suppose to see him. Nobody told me they were switching me and he had NONE of my surgery records. He spent 2 minutes in the room, held my left drop foot, and did not ask a single question on how I got a hernia post 2 spinal fusions. 1 was XLIF and the other was a 360 so I was cut down the front left side for the 360. The HERNIA is exactly under the incision but he does not think its connected? THE NEUROSURGEON who referred me to see Dr. Pietropaoli, thinks it's connected because he packed the area and used mesh to, "help prevent you from getting a HERNIA". During physical therapy, I was asked to leg press 60 pounds, first day. I thought the weight should be lower and we went back and forth about it. I complied with the demands and here I am crying in this office, 10 months later with an insensitive and uninformed MD. He dismissed me and never did the ultrasound I was suppose to be getting. I had some goofy shorts on for it. I followed him out to the receptionist area and made him listen to me. He ordered a CT scan & said he would "refer me to somebody else", I was suppose to see Dr. Pietropaoli. Nobody at the window told me I was not seeing him. He was authorized by workers comp and everyone knows how strict they are about authorizing a specific doctor. I had to call the claim adjuster and tell her all this. She was glad I made her aware and reiterated that, "we are going to take care of you". This appointment was a disaster. The staff were all VERY kind to me and they understood about the mix up with the doctors and authorization. I appreciated that.

Do not go their if you are smart. Dr. Brian Kelly is arrogant and condescending to his parents and their families. Dr. Kelly refused to perform a procedure on my father's right leg to correct poor circulation even though primary care doctor said my fathers pulse in right next to non-existent. Dr. Kelly also refused to perform procedure in hospital to correct my fathers Venus disease issues in his right leg as well. Dr. Kelly only cares about quick patch jobs and billing, other than that he is useless. That is why I had to FIRE him and now I am reporting him to the AMA and Connecticut licensing commission. And on top of that I am starting the process of suing him.
