List of Lawrence P. Ryan's Reviews
Of all the dental work I’ve had in my life, this guy knows what he’s doing.
Excellent, professional staff. Dr Ryan did a wonderful job in both pre and post procedure. Highly recommended.
I’ve been to Dr. Ryan several times throughout the years and it has always been a great experience. He prepares you for the procedure and takes time to answer any questions/address any concerns. He’s calm throughout the process and keeps you informed on what to expect as he’s working. Staff is also wonderful. Would absolutely recommend.
Best experience ever I had to teeth pulled in the past it areas horrible. With this one I felt no pain it was fast. Very caring staff and prices are better than most around. Good follow up care as well. It been 20 days .I am healing nice glad to not be in pain from that tooth anymore. I will only go here for teeth issue especially to get one pulled. This is the first time it was not a horrible painful extraction.
This is a false response to my initial summation of my experience with Dr Lawrence and his staff in Marlborough Ct. There was no online doctor or visit via online as they so eloquently put it. These people lied and said I had an online appointment I met Dr Lawrence in his office for an exam and rescheduled for the next appointment for the extraction of my lower left molar. There was nothing but pain and confusion on their part through the entire procedure. I was in the dental field for 15 years and just put it all on me. Do not go here If you are not completely asleep I suggest you go back to the operatory with the person who gave you the ride. Dr Lawrence is a terrible oral surgeon
One of the most terrible experiences I have had with an oral surgeon and his staff. Very unprofessional, dropping items throughout my extraction and lack of communication between the doctor and his staff. I also was in the dental field for 15 years and worked for and oral surgeon and general dentists. I have knowledge of how a patient should be treated and this office falls short of these basic skills.I also met a nurse after my extraction and she told me that their office will not refer any patients to Dr Lawrence as well.Best wishes to those who seek treatment here
Had a wisdom tooth pulled last week. They will ask if you want laughing gas or novacane anesthesia. I chose gas but they gave me both. Thank god for the novacane because I felt nothing from the gas. I’m sure it was not even turned on. They claimed it was on the maximum when I questioned the nurse. However, they let me walk out the door 2 minutes after the tooth was pulled. Would any dentist really allow a patient to leave so quickly if they just had nitrous oxide? I don’t think so and it’s kind of unethical that I was charged $75 for the gas which insurance doesn’t cover. My advice is stick to the novacane or find a different oral surgeon.
Quick, friendly, professional when getting my wisdom teeth out. What more is there to say?
just got my wisdom teeth out (four, all impacted) and stitches - dr. lawrence and his staff were absolutely the best! i was very anxious and he was extremely informative and cautious. would absolutely recommend coming here! he also called to check on me after the surgery!
Drs bedside manner needs some work. He was kind of a jerk to me and my son.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
