WHY are they so hard to get ahold of? Everytime I call, I either get a "please leave your message at the tone" (what? Am I leaving a voicemail into the void?) or their automation that keeps sending me back to the beginning after pressing 1 and waiting on the line for a minute. I've been trying to get them to send a referral that was suggested by my doctor for almost 3 weeks, last appointment with her was 4/26!!! I have the number to the referral and they said they don't have anything from me or my doctor. I've left TWO voicemails. I need to get this going asap as my kidney function isn't great. I'm highly annoyed and frustrated.
