The dentist messed up mine and my fiance’s teeth so bad! And once something like that’s messed up your screwed. They did unneeded fillings on me which resulted in nerve damage and me needing a root canal at my next dentist to try and fix their mistakes. We both suffered from infections after going here and needed strong antibiotics. My fiancé they pulled a tooth they shouldn’t have and took 9 months to make him a cheap flipper that is a huge mouthpiece just for one single teeth! We are both so disappointed and now embarrassed of our teeth. We both wish we never went here. Only went cause they take husky but I’ve since realized many other dentists do. They are uneducated and can never answer any questions regarding the work that needs to be done. My new dentist told me I only have a balance of $500 left on my husky dental account for the year which means CHC charged me $500 for just two fillings (as that’s all I had done in this year with them). They are scammers and take advantage of people as most who go here don’t have any other resources. They should be shut down!

Both times visiting this establishment I had to wait a long time. The first time was over an hour due to overbooking and the second time because they forgot I was there. Plus, other medical concerns were not even addressed.

I don't recommend CHC to anyone. I've switched 5 of their Doctors in 1 year before I found 1 that finally took care of me properly. All the others kept telling me nothing was wrong with me and even had 1 not even look at my charts. Place is absolutely horrid.

***NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS IN MERIDEN!! *** Total time to be told -25 MINUTES. Can only imagine what disregard they hold an actual patient's time! So a blessing in disguise, in the end. - 5 minutes of phone tree navigation, 10 minutes of hold time, two transfers and 5 minutes of talk time. **Curious why you waited to hear insurance info to relay this info.

I was a patient of Dr. Joseph at the dental clinic at 165 Miller St. Meriden. It took her 13 days, despite several reminders from me in person and over the phone to call in an Rx to my pharmacy. After that wait it was the wrong Rx. I had specifically told her this would be wrong and she gave me the wrong Rx. anyway. I spoke w/ several administrators of the clinic including Mark Masselli, the director. All were evasive and tried not to address the questions I asked them. The Rx she actually sent in, if I took it would have caused me great harm. This conduct is dangerous and the response from CHC is entirely unacceptable. Patients thinking about this clinic should know. Thank you.

Convenient but don't feel like the patient is of primary importance. The medical staff changes quite frequently.
