Have been a patient of Dr Patel's for almost 10 years and have always had a great experience with Dr. Patel and his entire staff. In addition to Dr. Patel, I have seen Hanna and Dr. Daniels and they have all been extremely helpful with my chronic back issue.The entire staff follows Dr. Patel's lead and always treats you in a very professional and caring manner. Would definitely recommend them and without them my issues would be much greater.Thank you Dr. Patel, Dr. Daniels, Hanna and your entire staff

Easily the worst medical experience of my life. I had an ablation at L4. I was severely injured by this doctor, who had no idea what to do once surgery was done. He tried to give me two epidurals to ease the pain. It did not help. I asked if we could develop a comprehensive treatment plan to help me recover. His simplistic answer, “go to physical therapy,” did nothing to help. All he was doing was guessing. I had no diagnosis while he was treating me. HE WAS GUESSING WHILE I SUFFERED.His administration is also awful. They lost messages, causing me to have to wait while I was in pain. I was given the wrong information about how to reach the nurse, and then they blamed me for the confusion.If this doctor is one of Connecticut’s best, then something is terribly wrong. I would never refer anyone to this doctor.
