Dr.Kennon is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and caring his attention to detail is impeccable. Always responded to all my questions and set me at ease with all my concerns. He is extremely professional. He performed a total knee replacement and as a result surgery was beyond perfection. His team that worked with me are very knowledgeable and professional as well.

Several things stood out about my experience with Dr. Kennon/New England Orthopaedics: 1. Dr. Kennon listens; he is not dismissive nor does he push a decision one way or another 2. I got to see a doctor (who listens!!) at the onset instead of a PA then a doctor 3. Dr Kennon provides a great book explaining both hip and knee replacements 4. The entire process is tightly choreographed, explained and accompanying literature is always provided 5. Personally, I love that he is a Mechanical Engineer by college education-- the hips and knees are all about weights and bearings! 6. Lighthouse Surgical Center provided an optimal experience (if surgery could be considered an optimal experience!) I would recommend Dr. Kennon in a heartbeat!

Dr. Kennon was very professional with his approach and explanation of the total knee replacement surgical procedure as well as being extremely knowledgeable and thorough! He was very conservative about me trying to do as much as possible at home to get ready to make the commitment and cautioned me to make sure I was absolutely ready to go ahead with the surgery that I had put off for so long. When I finally made the decision, he was extremely calming and reassuring. My surgery and recovery went extremely well and I thank Dr. Kennon for that and for his amazing skill in performing these surgeries! He is truly a top notch orthopedic surgeon...the BEST in my opinion!!

I saw the PA then when I was ready for surgery I saw Dr. Kennon. What a kind, honest, soothing man. I was in the hospital at 530 am home at 1230pm for lunch. PT was there the next day. I’d recommend him

I was a first time patient there for knee pain and inquiring about surgery. Dr. Kennon was very thorough and talked to me about my options. He explained things very well and I left feeling very confident in him as my Dr moving forward.

I can’t speak about his abilities because at my appointment he simply told me that I didn’t need a surgeon and he didn’t offer to help me in any other way with the knee pain I’ve been experiencing for 2+ years…I was hopeful that he would be the one to go above and beyond but I was wrong….I was brushed off and I can only imagine how much I paid for that!!!

Dr Kennon replaced both of my hips, one 3 years ago and the other recently; both from arthritis. The outcome of each couldn’t be better. They are now virtually pain free and I can walk normally. Everything about Dr. Kennon and his PAs is excellent. Now my knee is going and I wouldn’t go to anyone else when it’s time to fix it.
