List of Christopher L. Yergen's Reviews
I found Dr. Yergen to be thorough, caring and attentive. I felt truly heard when I spoke with him. I had a very good experience and recommend him without hesitation.
Dr. Yergen has done so much for my mental health. He is caring and always listened to what I had to say, especially about my medication. The IOP program he works with is excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs help.
Trauma victims are told they're "more than just a little bit paranoid" by a drug pusher who relies on slanderphrenia. Dr. Christopher Yergen is a bully. Trauma isn't a "delusion", it happens. I was deprived of medical necessity when I was locked up over withdrawal symptoms because the drug pushers didn't taper the drugs. I'm finally recovering because medicinal cannabis saves lives. Medical necessity doesn't "cause psychosis", that's hogwash. Regardless of gutter science, medicinal cannabis is how I concentrate. People who smoke herb are motivated, not "lazy and apathetic", the myth of "ammotivational syndrome" is backwards. Prehistoric medicinal herb definitely still prevents paranoia because it's still relaxing. Dr. Yergen will misdiagnose anybody to perpetrate insurance fraud.
I have been seeing psychiatrists for 40 years. Dr Yergen has to be the most condescending, rude , nasty Dr. I have ever experienced.
At first, he listened, seemed concerned and empathetic. Then when I questioned him on my medication, he called me a pill shopper. I should’ve sued him for slander as he contacted another doctor of mine and told him the same thing! I got the feeling from comments from other staff at NBGH that they think he’s an a*****e.
Dr. Yergen is bonkers. Everytime his victims are forced into the hospital, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is exacerbated.
Trauma is real, not "imagiary". The bully claims that trauma victims are "more than just a little bit paranoid", as if witnesses are liars. Yeah, right! What happened to "trauma informed care"?
Yergen is ashamed of himself, so he projects his insecurities upon others. It's called bullying. What happened to trauma informed care? The bully claims that trauma victims are "more than just a little bit paranoid". Yeah, right! Our witnesses don't lie for us.
Dr. Yergen has been my Psychologist for under 3 years . We have not always agreed with directions of My treatment plan but I learned to trust him and worked well together. For myself he always took the time to educate me on medication as well as my mental issues. Answer my questions. Honestly loved that he was good at what he does ! He didn't make me feel bad because I suffer for mood issues that was out of my control so he resure me by giving it numbers related instead of explaining why when I couldn't put it into words ! That in itself professional and rare too find . Dr Yergen is very intelligent very educated in knowing his stuff ! Rare bird too find ! Thank You Dr Yergen from the bottom of my heart for making me feel like a person and not just a number for all of your help !
Saw him for a few months. All he did was listen and write notes. I wasn't getting any better but since I wasn't worse, he made no changes to my meds. The key phrase is I wasn't getting better. Went to see someone else and totally got better.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
