I went to get checked out for vertigo. They rushed appointment and had my child pediatrician check me. Why do you guys have a child doctor examine in adult she had no idea what she was talking about. Charged my insurance for nothing just to tell me she can't tell me exactly what's wrong or any information I have to go to a specialist.

I understand Covid, but not everyone who has a fever had Covid. I’m being turned away from being seen, asked to do a phone visit. I want to be seen. You can not diagnose everything over the phone. I went to the ER and urgent care without any issue. I will never use this place again. All other doctor offices see people without issue. A fever is the body fighting something. Not just Covid. I thinks is unethical of this place to use such practice.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star they the worst to go to for everything if ur pregnant DONT GO ‼️ They don’t know what there doing there when u tell them u think something’s not right they will disregard it that’s if u can even get on the phone with a doctor front desk over books appointments and cancels ppls appointments with out them being aware after they’ve checked in already and are waiting upstairs smh and don’t even get me started on dental u need a cleaning sure go see them u need something fixed find a real dental place they don’t even know how to use the instruments took them over 20 min to get one thing on the tooth and for it to just break off right after smh not worth time especially if u ummm idk maybe have a life

My son been waiting for his results since Tuesday..its now 4:45 and still ni results... Then im charge 175.00 when im on a spin down .

More than terrible. The Pharmacy needs an authorization for my daughters medication, I call this place and they tell me they will email the Dr's assistant and it make take 72 hrs, what? But my daughter has an ear infection. Your processes are insane, I've kept my children here for convenience, they're old enough now we will be moving on. Dr's seem ok, staff is fine, your processes are terrible and are not in the best interest of your patients.

This place sucks!! Always takes more than 40 mins to get attended when i have an appointment! Honestly dont know have to stay on schedule. Would give 0 stars if possible!
