The service is awful. They continuously say they will put my information down into the notes so they stop asking me the same question, and each time, there is no notes. I arrived at 8:25 for my 8:30 appointment and was not even checked in until Ik 8:38, after receiving attitude from the receptionist because I came in without receiving a call. I came in because it was after 8:30 and I didn’t receive a call and their headquarters said I could. This is ridiculous service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Factor for what seems to be most of my life. He truly is a wonderful Doctor. He is genuinely concerned about his patients and only wants the best for them.

Appointment was great. I wish I had been able to fully discuss allergy shot options with someone and fill out the paperwork while I was there, with someone at a desk and computer. Doctor Lee is very responsive

Very satisfied with office. All of the staff in all offices are professional and knowledgeable. I love that there is very little wait seen on time. Dr. Lee is very attentive and shows great concen for your overall health. Would not hesitate to recommend friends and family.
