Incredibly unprofessional staff and coworkers, was given a misdiagnosis (as confirmed by other competent doctors) and when I approached the staff regarding the issue they banned me from seeing anyone in their group (of which being Dr. Chung). I was offered by the receptionist to speak with a manager, which I then replied yes I would before they abruptly hung up on me mid-sentence. I was referred to Dr. Chung over a week ago and the front staff lied about having my paperwork before eventually telling me that they wish to not see me or help me with my stomach disorder. If it was possible to give you a zero star rating I would gladly do so as your staff and coworkers lack of professionalism and integrity is appalling.

This office has no interdepartmental communication. I was told by one person to pay a co pay for a procedure that I was to have. Then I was told by another person that the procedure would be postponed after I made the payment. I spoke to an on call dr. Hussein and told him to have dr Chung call me about our conversation and was never called. Prior to that I had called the office and asked to speak to dr Chung and was told that it wasn’t his policy to call patients that I could talk to his assistant. I am done with this office and these doctors

Dr. Chung has performed two colonoscopies on me, and he has been very professional, very clear, and very kind. I don't need to travel any further to find another qualified gastroenterologist.

Dr Chung , Was well spoken and explained everything clearly! Left me feeling safe and in very good hands for my procedure... I am so glad to have such a wonderful Dr!!!!!

Earlier this year I was a patient of dr. Hussein in this practice I had pain in stomach and he couldn't fig out why had my stomach biopsied nothing. Went to uconn ear, nose and throat and he found out why my stomach always hurt and I lost my voice... Indigestion. Well pain from diff area drs and er thinks it's gall bladder and send me home and follow up with dr. Chung they said you can't make appt until you spead to a nurse and they will call you it's been 3 days no call stayed home from work Bc pain is bad and they don't seem to wanna help me. Stay away lies from staff or they never answer and drs claim what do you want me to do. Your a dr find the prob.
