The nurse was Very Rude and said they would not accept self pay even if paid in advance. Her tone of voice was rude, she interrupted me and said No doctors take self pay and that it is against the law. This is NOT true!!

This man is a joke. I went to see him for a rash, and I was so taken aback by how unwilling to listen to me he was. He looked at the rash from across the room and had no physical contact. He mumbled to himself and hurriedly dismissed me each time I spoke of my symptoms, yet spent plenty of time complaining about Middlesex Hosp. At one point I asked if he had any kind of medical recommendation, and the answer was 2-fold - you may have Lupus so get that checked out, and look into FrogWear clothes.

A great physician is someone who sees the entire person and the systems that make up all the functioning parts. Dr. Thomas, though a specialist, is one of those rare, and very experienced diagnosticians who considers an entire person before honing in to the specific situation presented by his patients symptoms. We are lucky that such a man chooses to practice among us, as his longevity is a testament to his professional curiosity and to his sincere desire to help those in need.

I had a terrible experience with this office. I went in for a consultation for a cosmetic treatment. I specifically asked why they wanted my insurance information as I was seeking a free consultation. I was told that it was needed on file but that I would not be charged for the consultation. Two months later I get a bill for a subsequent visit but the amount did not match a statement that I received from my insurance company. I called and spoke with the very rude doctor and he offered to split

I needed someone quick for a rash that I broke out with on my face, I could not get in until a week and half out and no one offered if someone canceled they would rs. I went to appointment he was not direct with his answers so I basically left with none. He prescribed me creams which all where over 200.00 even with insurance when he said they shouldn't be expensive at all. I then called next day to get maybe a generic form and was told they were only in until 11 and hes seeing patients. I questioned why cant he look for a minute in between patients like most doctors do. She was testy after I asked that and said we will try our best. I will never go back to this doctor ever again and never recommend him to anyone!

I have been to Dr. Thomas a few times now to have cysts removed. He is an excellent doctor, A+.

This Doctor is an incredible physician. He spent quality time with my husband and found the problem to his skin problem. He was going to another doctor who we thought were good but turned out never to take the time to diagnose him. Just kept giving him cream. Dr. Thomas is an outstanding physician we would not go to anyone else for now on.

The doctor answered all questions I had thotoughly. I only had a 5 minute wait tine. The girls up front were kind. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't take credit cards. I understand they get charged every time we use one. Why not add the 3% to the total of the bill?

he is a kind and caring physician, and keeps a good eye on the health of our family's dermatology. He catches problem situations early and deals with them promptly.

I had a terrible experience with Eric Thomas, I would not even call him a doctor. I went there because it was close to my work, to have two moles removed. He spoke to me like he was above me (it seemed like to show off), yet I understood what he said based on medical classes I have taken. He kept telling me they could do this a few different ways and selected the way that would earn the practice the most money. When I asked about the second way he said I would be in too much pain; I went for that second option because I have a pretty high tolerance for pain (it ended up not being painful what so ever). I even asked a receptionist to sit in the room because I felt so uncomfortable with Eric. After the moles were removed they put bandaids on them and sent me on my way. Never told me how to clean them or if I should keep them covered. One of them did not heal properly. I tried calling the office and the two older receptionists were extremely rude to me. I then get a bill a few weeks later for a pathologist, which I had absolutely no idea he would be sending them out to be tested. Never once did he mention it and my bill was over $600.00. It was the worst treatment I have ever had, I was misinformed and extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I would never recommend Eric to anyone for any reason. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional.
