I had been dreading going to see a GI Doc but had heard great things about Doctor Koobatian so I decided to make an appointment. My fears were unwarranted. Dr. Koobatian is very professional and made whole experience (dare I say it?) pleasant. From start to finish, I was treated with respect and kindness. The staff at the Middlesex Endoscopy Center was terrific. Dr. Koobatian was great- he explained everything to me and took the time to answer my questions. I recently told my primary care doctor that I can't believe I kept putting off the colonoscopy. Overall, it was a great experience and now I have a clean bill of health. I highly recommend Dr. Koobatian.

Dr. K. is fantastic! He is smart and caring. I've been a patient for over ten years and during those years I have had three colonoscopies. Dr. K is a skilled surgeon and he always makes me feel comfortable and well-taken care of. The staff at the endoscopy center are also great. Really kind and professional.

Disappointed with level of personal care for routine colonoscopy: Didn't see doctor during pre-procedure appointment. Office staff most interested in finances. Pre-procedure staff gave me incomplete & incorrect information. Was not informed at the time of scheduling that the Endoscopy Center where the procedure was scheduled is co-owned by the the doctor. Although recent CT-scan and other medical test results were provided at pre-procedure, doctor admitted he had not looked at my file before

Very pleased with Dr. Koobatian. He took the time to hear my concerns and do the necessary testing to diagnosis an issue that I have been struggling with for a while (and no one else could solve!) Every time I have an appointment, it's clear that he has reviewed my records and test results thoroughly and he is very present in our discussions. Would highly recommend Dr. Koobatian to my family and friends.
