I remember Dr. Bash being nice..I saw him about 10 years ago and don’t remember receiving any definitive diagnosis and remember being passed on to the PA for visits. All the PA did was send me to PT. No injections were offered to me..my pain became so severe that I had to take a 2 month leave from work and went up to Boston (saw Dr. Pedlow and received facet injection in my neck from Dr. Shinchuk.). The facet injection did help my neck pain but I did continue to have thoracic spine/rib/muscle spasms and pain..since starting rheumatology meds that issue has gotten much better and I only get occasional flare ups (usually if prednisone is being lowered.). Dr Bash is an outstanding surgeon. He performed four cervical fusions which required two surgeries. Both were very successful. Dr Bash listens and answers all your questions. He absolutely cares and is concerned about his patients. His PA, Matt, and the entire staff are excellent. Having confidence in your surgeon is critical. I have 100% plus confidence in Dr Bash. I highly recommend Dr Bash and his entire team.
He is very fast but I never felt neglected. He took the time to explain everything and even drew pictures of what he was going to do. My spinal fusion surgery gave me a whole new life, literally pain-free AFTER other surgeons told me nothing could be done! I had my surgery in 2019 and have remained pain-free. Dr. Bash is the BEST!!
I have had 3 fusions done by Dr Bash and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Dr Bash and his Staff for any of your back problems.
I went to Dr. Bash Office because I was recommended by a previous patient of the doctor. So With x-rays it was recommended a lumbar fusion. Dr. Bash explained all the risk and what the procedure consisted of. Even with covid around and risking his safety because I contracted covid from first Hospital stay and surgery. But he had to finish his procedure to complete fusion. The next two surgeries went great and I really felt no pain and felt comfortable in the hands of all his medical staff. My only complaint was how they ripped the grounding pad of my back and scared my back. But very little complaints. I am seven months post operations and I am getting back to construction. I highly recommend Dr. Bash and Dr. Rodriguez for great care and for being great people in general. Thank you all of DR. Bash's team. I haven't felt this solid in 20 years.
Dr. Bash did a double fusion at L4-L5-S1. I had been dealing with a bad back for many, many years. I opted for the two surgery approach - anterior approach (through the abdomen) to install cages and plates, followed a month later by a posterior approach to install screws and a clamp. After years, I finally feel like I have a back I can depend upon. No more sciatic pain. I can stand and sit without pain devloping (I used to not be able to sit for any extended period). I can do the activities I enjoy (hiking, swimming, and bicycling - I am still restricted from getting into my kayak but I feel confident that when that restriction is lifted, I will be able to pursue that hobby as well.) Dr. Bash does keep interesting office hours (I have had 6am appointments) and he can get backed up. However, I found him to be responsive and willing to take the time with you to answer your questions, even if he was backed up. (There was at least one appointment where he was running behind, and I know I contributed to making the back up worse with all my questions, but he did not make me feel rushed or guilty - just answered them all well.) Bottom line - he is an excellent surgeon and knows what he is doing. I am very pleased with my results.

Dr Bash is taking care of myself and my son . Dr Bash is friendly, considerate and has a Great staff working for him. Would highly recommend
I would recommend Dr Bash and his associates. Friendly, understanding and very knowledgeable.
As a competitive athlete (albeit older), the last thing you want to think you've done to yourself is a back injury. Well, after hobbling along for 6 months trying to self rehab, I was assessed by a physical therapist who said I had done damage and needed to see a specialist. He recommended Dr. Bash as the guy to go see. He was completely right! Getting an appointment was quick (following week after call) and I had an MRI 2 days later. PT and docs suspicion of extruded disc was confirmed. There was never pressure to do surgery - but after no relief from a shot and increasing nerve pain, a minimally invasive microdiscectomy and partial laminectomy was the route we chose. I had immediate relief following surgery, went shopping for prom dresses with my girls a day later and was back at work on Monday. It's now 3 week post surgery and it's hard to think I need to take it easy for another 4 weeks I feel so good. So excited to start rebuilding! Thank you, Dr Bash and staff!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
