Dr. Cranford is absolutely amazing! If you need to go to an ENT-otolaryngologist and need a surgery for your septum, turbinate reduction or nasal valve collapse you need someone you can really trust and Dr. Cranford is the very best. I had nasal obstruction on one of my nasal passages since my childhood and he managed to correct my lifelong problem and now for the first time I can breathe through that passage! The surgery and post-op was not nearly as complicated as I was worried and his assistants were very kind and comforting also. In addition Dr. Cranford is a very friendly and super nice person and pays great attention to all your issues and concerns. His bedside manner is fantastic and you never feel like you're being rushed which is extremely important especially if you're under the emotional pressure before a surgery. I recommend very highly Dr. Cranford. He's the best!

Dr Cranford is wonderful! Very knowledgeable, skilled and excellent listener! Great “bedside manner”! He has helped me with my sinuses, allergies, nosebleeds and also cured me of a mouth infection that my primary care doctor ignored! I highly recommend him!

I am so disappointed with the results from Dr. Cranford that I can't believe he was even qualified to do the surgery on my nose. I had a deviated septum from an incident back in 2016 that resulted in the right side of my nose to collapse on itself, making it harder to breath and also looked con-caved. When I first met with Dr. Cranford everything seemed fine as we discussed the operation and how he was going to lift the septum up and support it with stronger cartilage, thus straightening the nose for both for my breathing and appearance. After a painful few weeks of healing and recovery I was not happy with the results when I first removed the bandages, but I continued to be optimistic as he told me it could take up to 9 months before I would be completely healed. It has been only 3 months, however my nose looks and feels no better, perhaps even worse than it did prior to the surgery. It is obvious that my nose will not straighten any more and I now have to suffer until I find a new Dr
