Great doctor. Both professional and friendly. I would not go to anyone else for my colonoscopy!

I am a 65 year old male in good general health. At my initial visit Dr. Ricci comes across as kind, considerate, companionate & trustworthy. As he scans through my chart, flipping pages but not really reading or even referring to it. In my particular case, since he didn’t see anything out the ordinary but typical IBS & hemorrhoids he appears to be perplexed & rather lost. He said, you have hemorrhoids so have the hemorrhoids removed & as far as the IBS here is a sheet of foods that will help to not aggravate your IBS. Not satisfied with his diagnosis & still having abdominal pain, bloating I went to see a second doctor & he diagnosed me as having Colitis. My own personal experience, he does not have the qualitative expertise to delve into more complex cases. Outside of a common routine visit, I honestly would not refer anyone to doctor Ricci.

Very skilled and accomplished doctor. The entire staff is top shelf as well. Rather than having his staff call with results after my colonoscopy, he called personally on a Saturday.

Getting in for an appointment when you have an actual condition is impossible. Office staff gave away my appointment, when I said I wanted it back they said "that's not the way it works". Such a shame because Dr. Ricci is such as good doctor.

I have been seeing him for about 12 years. He is the best!!! He saved me from having a surgery yeats sho. I would highly recommend him and his staff... They have an Infusion Center, and the Registered Nurse, is Fantastic.....

Have seen Dr Ricci for 10 years,have nothing but positive things to say.Very caring,explains everything to my satisfaction.My experience for endoscopies,lower and upper is good.

Waited 3 months after initial appointment to get a colonoscopy scheduled. A problem with the prep prevented a successful procedure and needed to be rescheduled. For some reason Dr. Ricci and the people in the office decided i was not worthy of a phone calls or asking questions without being treated like I committed a crime. Never been treated so poorly by any doctor or doctors office.

Dr. Mario Ricci is an amazing gastroenterology physician. He has performed three colonoscopies for me over the last 10 years. His bedside demeanor is warm and welcoming. He eases your worries with easy to understand answers to your questions. His practice runs very efficiently and everyone is as warm and welcoming as he is. He was recommended to me by one of doctors and I wouldn't consider anyone else to handle my case. .
