Great doctor. Both professional and friendly. I would not go to anyone else for my colonoscopy!

I am a 65 year old male in good general health. At my initial visit Dr. Ricci comes across as kind, considerate, companionate & trustworthy. As he scans through my chart, flipping pages but not really reading or even referring to it. In my particular case, since he didn’t see anything out the ordinary but typical IBS & hemorrhoids he appears to be perplexed & rather lost. He said, you have hemorrhoids so have the hemorrhoids removed & as far as the IBS here is a sheet of foods that will help to not aggravate your IBS. Not satisfied with his diagnosis & still having abdominal pain, bloating I went to see a second doctor & he diagnosed me as having Colitis. My own personal experience, he does not have the qualitative expertise to delve into more complex cases. Outside of a common routine visit, I honestly would not refer anyone to doctor Ricci.

Very skilled and accomplished doctor. The entire staff is top shelf as well. Rather than having his staff call with results after my colonoscopy, he called personally on a Saturday.

Absolutely horrible, right from the start. Condescending, rude to the point of almost abusive. Would not let me finish a sentence. Was not interested in listening to or helping me. I had to cut the consultation appointment short and ask for a refund, as I was getting so upset. Left the office almost in tears. Stay far away. You have been warned.

Dr Ricci is a very thorough, articulate Physician and when you leave your visit you will be satisfied that he has thoroughly explained everything.

Getting in for an appointment when you have an actual condition is impossible. Office staff gave away my appointment, when I said I wanted it back they said "that's not the way it works". Such a shame because Dr. Ricci is such as good doctor.

Had Dr. Ricci for colonoscopies. All 5 star! He is very professional. I highly recommend him.

Several years ago I went to Dr. Ricci because of issues with food being stuck in my esophagus. He scheduled me for a colonoscopy, a procedure I was due to have but did not engage me with a discussion of the real reason of why I was there. Neither did he bring it up at succeeding appointments. He did not work with me to solve the problem. Definitely not a listener. I moved onto another physician.

Dr. Ricci was great! The entire staff was so professional and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Ricci as I had a great experience and felt I was in great hands.

I have been seeing Dr. Ricci twice now and about to schedule another colonoscopy. Dr. Ricci will explain everything and he's very proffesional. I don't have anyone else to compare to, but when you have good experience twice, you can make a good judgement!
