Great doctor

Yanette was the medical assistant that I was speaking to beyond rude no soft skills what so ever I had my step dads insurance on the line and the medical assistant did not help cut me off when I was talking what breathing rudely when my insurance was asking questions when we didn’t understand her instructions to help us better understand this outstanding balance billing department transferred me back and I’m at wits end and the level of professionalism practiced at this office. Going to file a grievance and appeal and remove my father from that heartless unorganized facility

He’s was my doctor for a few years but then I transferred because I move. Wow! Re: comments below on Judy Boutin from AR Mazzotta. My daughter had a bad experience talking to her about employment. She said Judy was rude and abrasive. I happen to have friends that know Judy, they say she can be a real b*$ch! I don’t like the way she spoke to my daughter and I told Judys higher up. I don’t know who Judy, thinks she is! She sounds like a nasty person

Dr. Good has been my primary care physician for over 30 years. I have full confidence in him

I have been a patient of Dr. Good for thirty eight years, and I'm 78 years old. I've found him to be excellent under many circumstances and conditions. Under his tutelage, I've enjoyed twenty three years of retirement. He has gotten me to stop smoking, lowered my blood pressure . I've no complaints, just compliments. In view of restrictions imposed by Insurance groups and masses of patients overloading the system, it's a wonder anything is getting done. We should take a lesson from Japanese methodology to bring sanity back to our national healthcare system. Massive greed by Big Pharma and Insurance corrodes it's effectiveness and results in early burn-out of critical support personnel. A closed practice is a good start towards reparations to that end, for both Patients and Staff. Work at the National level is needed.

My gf goes to this doctor and he's fine sk is his staff. Re: comment below on Judy Boutin of AR Mazzotta staffing ( my gf called inquiring about a job in Wallingford. She too got Judy's attitude and rudeness. I'm a LEO and surprised to see many good reviews on this woman Judy. My gf had her on speaker phone I their convo I happen to be around and heard how Judy spoke to her. I was floored that she's in the position that she's in with her bad attitude and she too called by gf back after my gf verbally said I don't want to deal with you. Seems like Judy is somewhat of a harasser who doesn't listen. On top of it 3 hang up calls that day to my gf cell. Me being a cop/detective I investigated those calls. They came from AR Mazzotta ( i didn't take action because the calls stopped. Seems like Judy needs to mature and get over herself! LEO

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Good’s for more years than I can remember. We would recommend him highly. Besides a calm demeanor which I appreciate, Dr. Good gained our trust through proper managed care and his diagnostic expertise. I dread the day he decides to retire.

Seen this doctor for a few months then I moved. He's fine so was his staff. Below comment on Judy Boutin, she's snotty and controlling. I called AR like a month ago about a job. She rudely states " where do you live"? I said " near Terryville" Judy : " that's to far! This job is in Wallingford - mind you Wallingford is like half hour from me. Her demeanor and approach was such a turn off. She shouldn't be in that position if that's how she speaks to people. Then another friend of mine said she's dealt with Judy before and she got the rude nasty treatment too. Seems like Judy, needs to get her mood and tude in check. She comes across like a control freak with an attitude! Not cool! She needs to humble herself and come off the high horse! M.G.

I've seen him he's ok. However moved and transferred out. I think Judy M. Bouton wrote negative review below. She's a recruiter for AR Mazzotta she's nasty and speaks ill of others. I've heard her bad mouth this doctor. She's rather arrogant. She got issues and should seek professional help. P. D.
