List of MIchael Spada's Reviews
Dr Spada has been the quarterback of my health team for a few years. He works in concert with a number of specialists to keep me in good health. He is good diagnostician, listens and engages a response from the patient. From adjusting drug protocols to testing needed prior to a surgery, he has been an integral part of my continuity of care. And if a question arose or if I needed further clarity on any matter, he has made himself available through the patient portal.
Excellent care. Sensitive and a very thorough physician
A one star for the high-and-mighty Spada. Don't ask him any questions or try to express any concerns. You will do what he says and be happy about it. This is his MO. An arrogant an fragile ego -- If I could give zero stars, I would. He forgets who he works for and what his role is.
Very thorough and considerate. He cares deeply for his patients. Just
Diligently moves to diagnose and refer as necessary.
He listens and will spend time with you. Office puts you on hold for awhile. But friendly.
Dr. Spada is the best Dr. in Middlesex primary will refer to family and friends
I have seen this doctor many times and he is always pleasant, thorough and informative. I will miss him when he leaves.
I find Dr. Spada very thorough. I recently was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease and follows up on everything that needs to be monitored. He was recommended by a friend. My husband and son see him as well. We are blessed to have him as our doctor.
I always wait at least an hour- for some physicians that really take their time and are thorough, it's worth it. He and his practice do not. My last visit was the final straw. On two occasions, he said "I'm going to ring her neck" about the nurse. Then he refused to tell me anything about what my symptoms could be, and he literally said it was to avoid a lawsuit. Refused to tell my ANYTHING.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
