Even after *two negative COVID tests* due to the presence of a very mild cough, the allegedly “compassionate” Dr. Ryan Levy from the Middlesex oncology center, would not see me to talk about a serious health issue while not even offering a telehealth option. They apparently did what was expedient for them only after taking a $50 copay that I will likely never see back, and I am also sure to see another bill from my insurance carrier. Dr. Ryan Levy from the Middlesex oncology center is part of an antiquated system where you cannot get meaningful care but are also siloed so you cannot easily access your medical records. They are here to check boxes to insulate themselves but not to help patients. I will never return after wasting my time with these self important and graceless people. Don’t trust your health with the people at Middlesex.

always on top of my present condition, extremely knowledgable, truly caring for me always providing 100% plus, takes time to explain all info, can never praise Dr Levy enough, so blessed to have him as my oncologist

After 2 frustrating years with no answers, Dr Levy was able to help me. He was so kind and took the time to listen. He explained what was going on with my health issue, and gave me the answers I so desperately needed. The office staff were exceptionally nice! I highly recommend Dr Levy! Nicest dr I have ever been to!

8/25/21 Dr. Levy continues to provide great medical care since I began seeing him just over a year ago. That's covered in my initial review here.This review pertains to the group's in-house pharmacist named Melissa. She has been an absolute wonder to deal with and has been so incredibly helpful in finding and procuring grants and financial assistance for the outrageously expensive medication that Dr. Levy prescribed.After a VERY hefty initial co-pay of well over $2300.00, I've had no further out of pocket expenses for these meds, thanks to the tireless and persistent efforts of this young woman.Between Dr. Levy & Melissa, I couldn't possibly more strongly recommend this practice for those needing it.

Dr. Levy is all business, but is extremely thorough in his assessment and explanation of all options and outcomes.He took quite a bit of time explaining three different treatment options for me, and with my input, he narrowed it down to the best route for me to wander down.The cost is exorbitant, but with insurance and grants, made the cost within my grasp.I'm so very grateful for all the wonderful medical care I've had the past 13 years, and Dr. Levy continues that.

Dr Levy is the best !! I would highly recommend him very down to earth and explains your problems in terms you can understand. He also takes as much time as you need with him no matter how busy he is . Excellent doctor !!

My older mother in law had been to several doctors for a complex issue. None of those doctors were bad, most were helpful, but when we got to Dr. Levy he surpassed all of them combined. He thoroughly explained everything in clear terms, answered all of our questions, and we never felt rushed at all. It’s hard to explain just how caring, patient and helpful he is. He has our highest recommendation.
