I'VE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. RONALD B. ROBBINS FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS NOW. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH ME, SOMETIMES RUNS LATE, BUT I THINK WHOEVER HE'S SEEING BEFORE ME MUST NEED HIM MORE THAN ME, SO I WAIT. I REMEMBER MY FIRST APPT. WITH DR. ROBBINS IN WHICH HE SPENT ABOUT 2 HOURS WITH ME TO GET ME STRAIGHTENED OUT AND ON THE PATH TO BEING HEALTHY AGAIN, WHICH MY PREVIOUS DOCTOR HAD NEGLECTED FOR 10 YEARS. IF IT HADN'T BEEN FOR DR. ROBBINS DIAGNOSING MY HEALTH ISSUE 3 YEARS AGO, I MIGHT HAVE BEEN DEAD BY NOW IF I HAD CONTINUED WITH MY PREVIOUS P/C. I FEEL LIKE I GOT LUCKY. IF I HAVE AN ISSUE OR QUESTION, I CALL TO MAKE AN APPT. TO GET HIS ADVISE. HE TAKES TIME TO HEAR ME AND WE WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE OUR DECISION WORK IN MY FAVOR. I PRAY EVERYDAY THAT DR. ROBBINS DOESN'T RETIRE. THEN I'D HAVE TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR, I HATE TRYING TO FIND A NEW DICTOR!!! HE IS A RARE BREED NOW DAYS, NOT MANY LEFT LIKE HIM IN TODAY'S WORLD. HIS STAFF ARE ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

Had me waiting 2 hours ..was do behind. Last time this happened I had a mammogram went to that came back and he was still behind.

Dr. Robbins is a great doctor. He has great bedside manner and very knowledgeable. He is very thorough and spends a good amount of time with each patient, which I think is why someone left a bad review about waiting. I will take half day at work to go. Its worth the wait.

It's unprofessional to keep your patients waiting for over an hour and not designate a member of the support staff to inform patients what's going on. Only two patients in the waiting area. If you're on a conference call, it should be done at a different time not during office call hours. It happened a few times and long before the Covid-19 pandemic. Also one member of the staff did not have any type of mask on whatsoever.
