Dr. O'Donnell is a very knowledgeable physician who sincerely cares about the well-being of his patients. He listens carefully, explains imaging and test results thoroughly, and also provides a clear explanation of treatment options. If surgery is an essential part of the treatment plan, Dr, O'Donnell is skilled and meticulous.

First apt waited an hour second apt walked out after an hour third was booked for surgery. At 2 hours post surgical time asked how much longer only to be told 3 patients still ahead of me. Had not eaten or drank in 16 hours. They charge you if you no show or cancel. Why can’t we charge for wasted time. I walked out without surgery. Horrible horrible way to treat customers

He was very good and caring and understood that I hate needles ! His surgery team was very good also ! I recommend him !!!

Great doctors for your orthopedic needs. They are not afraid to refer to each other based your needs and their area of expertise.

Dr. O is is a superb doctor! He truly listens and cares about your concerns, patiently answering every question. Sometimes you have to wait a few extra minutes but that's because he's providing that same attentiveness and care with he patient before you that keeps you coming back.

Came in early per offices request to accomodate them. Proceeded to wait an hour and a half before being seen. They hadn't looked at the tests that had been faxed to him. Unable to provide any help or informa to on after 2 sessions, over a month, and with test results. Secretary was completely unprofessional. Only came here because I was referred by another doctor.

If there were any possible way to give negative stars, I would... The single star is only because I cannot give a -5. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office in my entire life. First, some back story - my husband and I moved to the springs from out of state in November. After several months, my doctor informed me that I would need to have a CO doctor write me a new prescription for my birth control. After much research, I scheduled an appointment at Sean O'Donnell's practice. On the day of the appointment, I arrived 30 minutes early, in order to fill out the new patient paperwork and get my insurance information in order. There were four other people in the waiting room (all elderly) which was extremely outdated, but clean. After filling out all the paperwork, I sat and waited for my appointment time (10:00 am), which came... And went. During that time there was only one other person called back. I then proceeded to sit there for an hour and 15 minutes until at 11:15 am that I was ushered to the back to be examined... At this point, I was still understanding, because hey I get it - waiting is a part of life. A very quiet but nice assistant took my blood pressure etc, and then took me to an exam room... Where I waited for another HOUR AND A HALF without being seen! At this point it was 12:45 and I had waited two hours and 45 minutes for an appointment that should have taken 5 minutes. They knew what I was there for. They knew that I only needed a quick prescription written for a birth control I'd used for months, because I told them that when I made my appointment. After waiting almost three hours, I got up, walked back out the the waiting area, explained to receptionist what happened, and asked her to delete my patient account because I was leaving and not coming back. She was very sweet and apologetic, and quietly said, "I am so sorry, this happens all the time, it's ridiculous" and shook her head... I felt bad for her because she seemed embarrassed even though it wasn't her fault. She said she would let "them" know why I left... But I never received any sort of call or apology. In my three hours there, I didn't even catch a glimpse of a doctor or NP. This practice does not care about your time whatsoever - I left feeling drained, and upset that I wasted half my day there. My advice - avoid this miserable excuse for a family practice like the plague.

Great doctor. Spends a significant amount of time with you and really cares about getting you well. Definitely would go back.
