left the office with next appt. Over the next week received a letter for blood work, then a call for a cardiac ultrasound. Why were these items not booked or received at checkout? Waste of time (mine and staff), money (yours with all the follow up expenses). When it was Middlesex all of this was done at checkout. Step up your game Hartford

I had open heart surgery (unexpected) and, after returning home, my son made an appt. with me with Dr. Franklin at the Old Saybrook office. DR. FRANKLIN IS PHENOMENAL. Wonderful cardiologist with a wonderful beside manner. Trust me: If you can get an appt. with Dr. Franklin, you will be blessed! --gv

We have been seeing Dr Franklin for years. He is the most compassionate, thorough, understanding medical doctor. A very rare quality in today’s medical world. I am grateful for his very calm, caring demeanor which puts you right at ease. No one could compare to Dr Franklin I would trust him with my life. If it wasn’t for him my husband would not be with me today! He is that thorough, experienced, and so very knowledgeable that he can pick right up on possible problems. I don’t think I could ever thank him enough for all he’s done for my family I highly recommend Dr Franklin to Everyone.

Dr. Franklin is both nice and caring, but not in a soft way. I really enjoy having him as my cardiologist. He seems to really care about his patients and not just go through the motions.
