I met Dr. Chen for a tonsillectomy consult. She was kind, practical, and honest about all of the pros vs cons of the surgery. She also performed my surgery and her matter-of-fact attitude was refreshing. The surgery was an easy experience because of her and her wonderful nurses. She went above and beyond, calling the night after the surgery to check in and go over detailed instructions again. She always made herself available with any issues that came up. I can’t recommend her enough!

I went to see Dr. T. Chen for a lump on my neck than won't go away. She was friendly, experienced, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Chen took her time and proposed guidelines on how to approach the problem. We're still in the monitoring phase and I will be seeing her soon to discuss the latest result of my test.

Dr. Tiffany Chen is one of the best ear,nose and throat doctors in the United States. I came in two hours early and she took me in right away. The appointment was for my baby. She was extremely kind and caring. She booked an appointment in less than a week to perform a surgery to remove a cyst on my baby's ear. She truly cares about her patients. She even let me go into the operating room when they gave my baby anesthesia to put my mind at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon to perform this surgery. She called to check in to see how my daughter was doing. I am so very thankful for a doctor like her. My baby's ear looks amazing!!!! If you need an ear,nose, and throat doctor, this is the doctor that you should choose!!!!

My visit with Dr Chen felt rushed. She performed a quick, simple exam, explained I had a nasal spur and TMJ. Resolution was presented as surgery, muscle relaxers and to see my dentist. Dentist can make a mouth guard, but that won't address my nasal spur, nor did Dr Chens breif visit. I will be looking for advice from another provider who is willing to take the time to provide a through exam and explanation.

I went to this office with a sinus infection in July of 2020. They tried 1 round of antibiotics which didn't work and then the last resort offered was surgery by Dr. Chen at the end of August. Luckily I had an appointment with a different ENT the following day for a second opinion. My second opinion looked at the facts of 1. This being my first sinus infection in my 52 years 2. I was only put on 2 different types of antibiotics(primary doctorhad tried first round) and 3. My nasal passage was swabbed for bacteria sample. I recovered fully after my second opinion put me on a strong antibiotic and I'm thankful for his aggressive approach to fighting this infection. I recommend getting a second opinion if Dr. Chen says you need surgery because noone deserves to be exposed to the dangers of surgery while an infection is raging in your sinuses.
