It's very easy to get an appointment here and you don't have to wait very long to be seen - that being said, this place is a Patient Factory. The appointments are way too quick, they want to get you in and out. Myself and my partner did not feel like we were properly screened or given a thorough explanation either time we went here. (He ended up seeing a different derm; the new derm gave him a similar diagnosis with full explanation of what it was and how it happened, also a more appropriate care/treatment instruction with a better prescription for his ailment.) I had an issue with my prescription and it was so difficult to get thru to this office on the phone due to their automated menu and answering service. The people who work there are very friendly and kind but I don't think I got the best care from this derm.

The entirety of the experience was outstanding - timeliness of scheduling, accommodating an appointment change, keeping the appointment at the scheduled time without long waits and a great physician experience. Simply best in class!!

Did not enjoy my experience here. They take appointments every 10 minutes so the PA I saw seemed very rushed and did not address all of my concerns. It also took them like 5 hours to get my prescriptions over to the pharmacy.

I have been a nurse for 41 yrs but had it all wrong because I never go in the garden due to my huge allergy to poison ivy. Michael Theriaut was very professional and identified what was in fact Poison ivy, I thought it was infectious. A kitty was the culprit!! Thank you Michael!! They got me right in and solved the problem quickly.

Outstanding service and availability. Other providers are not taking new patients, or wait time over 3 months to be seen. Was able to be seen that day. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a patient of Schweiger Dermatology group , for a while now. The Staff is very nice. I’ve been seeing John Jasinski for a few years now, he is very personable and professional. My office waits are brief.and John is always in to see me within a couple of minutes!!
