I had previously been visiting a large chain group for discount exam and glasses. My vision seemed to be getting worse and after several years of visits, I tried Dr. Iadarola's office. (Several people had told me they were very pleased with this office.) The doctor did a more through exam and identified a problem with a mussel in my eye. He referred me to a specialist who was able to make a huge difference in my vision with the use of medication. I am not sure how bad my vision would have been affected if not for the help and direction from Dr. I. I am so thankful I went to him for hlep.

Poor experience. Did not address my dry eye concerns. He did not refer me to someone who could. He even seemed annoyed with me on my second visit as the condition to not resolve. Told me I had a corneal ulcer and that I was using the Fresh Kote eye drops TOO FREQUENTLY.....

Great staff in the office! Had an emergency and the office staff was able to schedule an appointment on the short notice on a busy day. Doctor was very professional, stabilized the conditions and provided a right treatment so I was back to normal in couple days. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with Dr. Iadarola and his staff. I had been going there for a couple of years and brought my children as well. He gave me the wrong prescription strength for contacts, he wouldn't admit to the error, which I confirmed from my previous eye dr. He charged me for contact lens fitting, which he didn't perform and prescribed the wrong size. Then he wouldn't correct this issue simply because I used Lens.com for my contacts instead of ordering from him.
