Dr Hornyak and Cathy gave me my life back. I would have drove hours to be left in their hands for my neck surgery. He gave me the facts and left the decision up to me. I weighed out everything (I was so scared) and I decided that I was done being in pain. Truth is the first 2 weeks of recovery were terrible and I almost regretted doing the surgery....But healing takes time. At my 3 month check up all restrictions were lifted. I am playing with my kids again, bike riding, shoveling snow, logging wood, sleeping, and so much more, all PAIN FREE!!!! I had no complications. One thing I can recommend is make sure you do your physical therapy religiously! And keep up with your pain meds the first 2 weeks. God sent me some healing angels for sure! They are the BEST!!!! Ps. My only 2 regrets are that I didn't do it sooner and I didn't keep up with my pain meds. God bless you in your healing ❤️

Explained and answered any concerns regarding my procedure before surgery. I now feel a hundred percent better and am grateful. He is very direct, honest and doesn't sugarcoat anything. Might be construed as rude by some, but I prefer the person operating on me to be direct and honest so I know what to expect. Overall, I am pleased with my experience.

From start to finish this has got to be one of the best experiences I have ever had to deal with. Doctor hornyak and his staff are very knowledgeable caring, they explained everything. They have a app, with videos/trainings exercises ofwhat to expect This is am amazing skilled doctor, I was up and walking 1 day! Thanks so Dave, and everyone on his team for giving me my life back!!

I was reffed to him for carpal tunnel and he was too busy noticing that I had back surgery with Dr. Doherty. He proceeded To ask me about my experience with him and I can tell he could not care much for him. Then he said well this isn’t what you’re here for but if you want to make an appointment for your back I can help you better. Then he did nothing for my carpal tunnel but just referred me to physical therapy or to get a splint on Amazon !! SERIOUSLY?? which I’ve already been wearing for several years. Wasted my day!! Looking for another MD.

Dr. Hornyak was very thorough and detailed in his explanation of my condition. He went through the Xrays and the MRI patiently and professionally explaining what they meant. He took a lot of time with me and made me feel like he truly cared about me and my problem. We jointly agreed on what the next steps would be. Highly recommend him.
