It is a place where your family may be dying and they cannot help you. They can't even help you with a prescription. They have no compassion or desire to help, they are only interested in collecting insurance.

The worst experience ever with the clerk they really need a new clerk at the desk. She is very rude and very unprofessional. Please change your clerk she is not suppose to be in customer service. I will definitely choose a different health care center just because of their rude clerk.

The customer service is awful at this office . The doctor dentist and hygienist were fantastic. However my experience with the Nurse and the office clerk on the inner side was nothing short of a nightmare.Never taking my kid back there again . 👎🏼

A Dra. Keswani é o que salva esse lugar, ela realmente é incrível, uma médica sem igual, muito amorosa e atenciosa em todas as consultas. Já as atendentes são péssimas, muito mal educadas, o atendimento da recepção é horrível demais, nunca fui tão mal atendida. As enfermeiras as vezes você dá sorte de pegar umas boas. Mas a recepção tem que ir preparado para ser mal atendido.

Doctor Keswani is really awesome! Great listener and very empathetic with the kids and patients; however, the nurses are very rude and take their time to get the shots. I will give them 5 stars if the nurses and the front office assistants would be NICER!
