Their service gets worse and worse by the day. I schedule my husband's appointments all the time. Everywhere. Always have. Now, that he needs an appointment 911 and his life is on the line, they're telling me he needs to have a permission on file. To schedule an appointment? Get a grip. I'm not asking for anything just an appointment. Sad that now people will only help when something bad happens and it shouldn't be that way.

Rude dismissive, disrespectful people work here. The doctors have a disgusting arrogant behavior. The operations manager is not helpful also dismissive. It seemed as if they are bothered to do their work. I am transferring to a different facility. I wish I could give 0 stars

I had my first virtual appointment to establish primary care with Joanna Bledsoe who was wonderful and listened to my concerns. We set up a treatment plan moving forward. I was treated like a human being unlike Charter Oak Health who could have cared less about even returning a phone call to explain my medication to me. Thank you Community Health!🙂
