I received a ct scan just prior to my move to FL. I saw Dr. Ayach for the first time for a consultation that I thought would be for ER surgery. He calmed my nerves and explained my choices thoroughly. He even helped me find a doctor in FL and even reached out to the doctor in FL to explain the circumstances. My doctor in FL (whom I love) said Dr. Ayach commented that he never sees doctors do that and he must be an exceptional doctor. If I was still in CT, Dr. Ayach would be my No. 12 choice. I hope you see this, Dr. Ayach -- THANK YOU!!

I have been to many doctors but Dr. A was different! From start to finish he eased my mind, described my procedure and gave recommendations. I had no questions after my appointment. He was not pushy to do my procedure and he genuinely showed he cared. I highly recommend him!

Staff was excellent, Nurses the best, following day to the Emergency room because in my opinion the Hospitalist did not do her job properly was unnecessary. The ER staff also fantastic. My 2 complaints are the hospitalist who in my opinion should get alot more training in evaluating patients for release and the lack of communication between the Drs. and the family. We were never informed my mother was being taken down for the pacemaker, we found out by calling to check and see how she was doing and were told by the nurses station, that is inexcusable. If it was not for the Nurses and the ER staff the review would be a 1, if the hospitalist had done her job and the Drs. had better communicated it would be a 5. Regardless the Nursing staff and ER staff get a 5. I think it is time for a team meeting. And a big thank you to the Patient Coordinator for getting my Mother into Southington Care so quickly.

If you are seeing Dr. Ayach, you are in very good hands. Exceptionally knowledgable, compassionate and a grounded approable manner, he is easy to talk to, doesn't talk down to you and will fully answer all questions. You will leave feeling better.

It's a cold and drab feeling. Staff cold and unprofessional. Never walked out of a hospital worse then I walked in. Sent home with no medication, should have received antibiotics having this reoccurring medical problem I always received 2 antibiotics (flagyl) and daludide for pain while being seen in the emergency room. I received no antibiotics and cat scan showed inflammation. Never been treated at a hospital before like I was at Hartford Hospital.Never again will I go to this hospital, new to area heard a lot of negativity and had to experience it for myself.
