Very unprofessional group. I called them multiple times on 4/15/2022 to schedule an appointment with Dr. Andrews, but nobody picked up the phone. The recording said they would would return calls within 2 hours, so I left a message with my phone number. It's now 3 weeks later and they still haven't called back! I just got back from a visit with Dr. Melink. He barely looked at my paperwork and was hyper focused on the fact that my nose bleeds frequently rather than checking my deviated septum and listening to me about my problems. I barely had any room to advocate for myself and he cauterized my nose without even asking me if I wanted it done. Through all the years I’ve been experiencing nose bleeds, don’t you think I would have had it cauterized by now if I felt that I needed it done? The deviated septum on the left side of my nose is swelling more and more by the minute leaving me to still not be able to breathe, but like I mentioned before, he did not care to do a work up and was hyper focused on a small issue that I deal with. I will never be going back to this office again and I wish that Dr. Stock didn’t retire so I could see him as he removed my adenoids when I was younger and he was absolutely fantastic.I just got back from a visit with Dr. Melink. In and out in 10 minutes. Didn't appear to be listening at all, preoccupied?
I have had Dr Stock for a very long time and he is literally one of the best!! Always listens actually cares and saved my life w a situation where no one else would even listen. He will be greatly missed due to his retirement and is definitely one of “the greats”!!
Excellent Doctor. Have been an ear patient for many years. Dr. Stock has always been professional, patient, and always had time to discuss any issues with me. Recommend without hesitation.

Well, Dr. Stock is retiring and moving to Florida in October. He did absolutely nothing for my dizziness. He checked one ear and said there was no wax. That was it. I was not very happy. I went to him two other times in years past and he was terrific, not this time
Dr stock is a very kind, competent Doctor. My experience with he and his staff has always been of the highest caliber.
Very professional service
Great service as always thanks

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
