List of Starling Physicians's Reviews
We had visited Dr.Paul ceplinsky for my dad's prostrate issue I am so thankful to the doctor for the amazing diagnosis and patient care. Would recommend the doctor and staff especially Kaitlyn for their support
Excellent care
Excellent care
Quick and painless eye exam. Good COVID procedures in place (temperature checks, sanitizing). Biggest complaint is that the ophthalmology department was hard to find; I had to call them to find out which building.
I can understand why they overbook in Opthomology (eye doctors) because patients have drops put in their eyes and have to wait and that "wait time" can be used to see other people. But it is not unusual to wait 40 minutes or more just to be called in. Also, if you go to another doctor and get a prescription for meds, there is no additional charge. Why then are we charged $40 extra (not covered by insurance) to get a "refraction" (aka "prescription") for new glasses. That seems like a rip-off.
Starling Ophthalmology is by far the worse practice around! Unorganized front and worse back office! The wait sometimes exceeds 2 hours! Doctors care more about the almighty buck than the health of their patients. Staff obviously over worked and under paid! No stars if it was an option!!!
The Starling eye physicians office is rude. I'm a patient of Dr Fitzpatrick and McDonald. The office called me o day and demanded that I pay them in full right then or they would drop me as a patient. I had a 900 dollar balance that I was paying 100 dollars a month. After 6 months of payment that wasn't good enough for them. Also both of those physicians are not friendly. I had a serious eye problem (detached retina) and they would explain the situation satisfactory to me. I had to repeatedly ask for details. It seems to me that practice is just a money making machine.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
