I've been using Starling (formerly Grove Hill) since 2009 for practically everything: gynecology, mammograms, pediatrics. They have just about everything you'd need in one location. Your experience may vary by department but generally this is a great place for competent medical service, no matter who the patient is.

I was a patient with my primary care for 9-10 years. I broke my wrist in August and the surgery center called to tell me they could take me early to put my plate in. I called to see if I could up my pre-op appointment and I was told no since 3 out of 4 people who could see me were on vacation at the same time in the same week, including the doctor. All of the other primary care docs in the Starling network were also short staffed due to everyone being on vacation. When I went in for my pre-op I spoke to the admin about my concerns. A week later I received a letter from my doctor telling me to go get a new doctor and was ousted from his practice. Right when I needed him most I was abandoned.

I am always treated with the utmost respect and dignity when undergoing breast ultrasound. The technicians are wonderful and appointments are always on time.

They are very unprofessional in the office and have no problems giving you attitude when you are on speaker phone when you call or even in person in the office. If you tell them this then they will terminate you as a patient and probably lie to your doctor about it too! NO ONE deserves to be treated as such and I will not be back.
